Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Website. These are the Terms and Conditions governing your access and use of this web site. In these terms and conditions (collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), "we" or "us" or "our" means SA'D ABUJABER & SONS CO. LTD “SAS”, and the "customer" or "you" means any person or company which places an order with us. By using the Website or our Online Shop "the service", you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of this Site or the Services at any time. We also reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Registration
- The Customer shall create an account before placing an order through our online shop. During the registration, You agree to provide current, complete information as required by registration, including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, and promptly notify us of any change in your Customer registration information, including your email address and bank card details.
- We reserve the right to refuse the registration of a potential customer and terminate any customer's registration for any reason whatsoever.
- You must safeguard your Customer name and password and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session on the Site. You authorise us to assume that any person using the online shop with your Customer name and password is either you or is authorised to act for you.
- You agree to immediately notify us of any breach of security or any unauthorised use of your Customer account. We will not be liable for any losses arising from any unauthorised access to or use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Customer ID and Account, even if such activity or access is accidental or unauthorized.We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of your account and/or password.
- Our privacy policy governs your submission of personal information through the store.
Product Details and Prices
- All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We will make every effort to ensure that product details and prices provided in our online shop are up-to-date. However, bottle shape, size, labels, or vintage may be changed from one time to another.
- The prices listed in our online shop may differ from the prices of the same products in our physical shops. Refunds are not offered for price differences between the Online shop and our actual stores stores. Prices may be changed on the online shop without prior notice.
- All product prices are listed in Jordanian Dinars.
- Product prices include VAT.
- The price quoted on Our Website for Products excludes delivery charges which are quoted separately.
Orders
- You must be aged 18 years or over to order products, and by placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we have instructed our couriers to ask for ID if they doubt the age of the recipient on delivery. Delivery Notes will also require your Name and Signature. Should those above not be conformed with, we reserve the right to return the ordered products.
- You agree that it is your responsibility as the purchaser of products to ensure that only those individuals of legal age consume alcohol.
- Order statuses will be updated as the order is processed, and customers will receive a notification alert on the Account Panel. Successful orders will have an invoice emailed to the registered email address, which will specify the items ordered, quantities, price and breakdown of other charges.
- All orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability, and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product. You will be refunded should stocks become exhausted and will be notified as soon as possible of this.
- There is a minimum order value of 50.000 JOD, but there is no a maximum order value,
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
- We reserve the right to limit or prohibit, wholesale and other large orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
- If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was made.
Payment
- All products remain our property until payment is received in full. Our online shop accepts payment by credit cards or debit cards collected on Our behalf by a third party or by other means as specified by us in the future.
- Upon completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation that the order has been successful.
Delivery
- The delivery address must be in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan (Except for Aqaba),
- The delivery service is available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday during working hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- The delivery date will be visible at checkout, order will be delivered usually within 1-2 working days after successful payment. Delivery of products may be delayed due to unpredictable circumstances.
- A final receipt will be issued to you when products are delivered to your address.
- You are requested to check the condition of any products immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and /or damages. No returns shall be made after the Customer has acknowledged receipt of the products. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service at +962 (6) 4890555 or at the time of delivery; otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.
- You may return any Product within 3 days from the date you receive it if the Product is sealed and accompanied by all original packaging and other components or parts that accompanied the Product when it was delivered and the Product and/or packaging is undamaged.
Content and Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in the content, whether provided by us or by any other content provider, shall remain the sole property of us and / or the other content provider.
- You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part.
- You may download or copy the content only for your own personal use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such content. You may not store electronically any significant portion of any content.

الطلبات

التسليم

- يُطلب منك التحقق من حالة أي منتجات فور التسليم بحثًا عن أي نقص و/او عيوب. لن يتم إرجاع أي مرتجعات بعد أن يقر العميل باستلام المنتجات. يجب تقديم المطالبات (إن وجدت) إلى خدمة العملاء لدينا على 4890555 (6) 00962 في وقت التسليم ؛ خلاف ذلك ، سيكون لدينا حق رفض مطالبتك بعد التسليم.
